All orders are made and shipped from Hassocks, West Sussex, United Kingdom.

Please be aware all items are made to order and will take between 8-12 weeks processing time prior to dispatch, depending on the size of the order and where we're shipping to.

We will let you know by email how long your order will take to arrive.

To ensure you're happy with your selection and the fabric used, we recommend purchasing the fabric swatch option prior to buying your bridal pieces, so you can approve and give the go ahead to begin making.

Alternatively, please get in touch to make an appointment for a fitting in the studio and view the collection in person. Creative Director Lucy will be on hand show you the collection and you can try on the pieces that help to create your dream wedding day look. 

Returns Policy

All Swans Bridal items are made-to-order so non-refundable. Please ensure you select your correct size prior to purchasing. We recommend checking the sizing details on each listing and comparing them to your size prior to purchasing.
